Plan Your Visit

• To make a reservation, please telephone us with a valid credit card. Please, mention your preferences and requests at that time.

• When making an appointment, please inform the Spa Coordinator of any significant health issues, allergies or if you are pregnant.

• 24 hr notice is required for all individual cancellations. The spa reserves the right to fully charge the clients for late arrivals or missed appointments.

• The Spa provides robes, slippers, lockers and towels. To help plan your spa visit, please note that showers at our spa are available only for specific body treatments such as body wraps. We use pure Jojoba Oil for massage,  a natural plant extract, that does not leave oily residue on the skin.

• We respectfully request that all electrical devices be turned off.

• The spa is a non-smoking environment.

• Check-in time is 15 minutes before actual appointments to allow sufficient time to get changed, if necessary, and fill out required paper work.

• Gratuities are greatly appreciated. Envelopes may be found at the front desk.

• We accept cash, checks (with valid ID), Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Spa Finder, Spa Wish, and Spa Week gift certificates.

• There are no refunds on products or gift cards. Products can be exchanged for up to seven days if not opened.

• Gift Cards do not expire, are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for gratuities. The Cape May Day Spa & Holistic Center is not responsible for unauthorized use or loss of a Gift Card.
