Spa Etiquette

•  Advance reservations, even several months ahead, are strongly recommended, especially for groups (6+ persons). You can make your inquiry daily at 609-898-1003.

•  Please, note that we have two locations, just a short distance apart.

•  To make a specific reservation please telephone us with a valid credit card. Please, mention your preferences and requests at that time. Otherwise, we do not guarantee availability/gender of the therapists.

•  When making an appointment, please inform the Spa Coordinator of any significant health issues, allergies or if you are pregnant.

•  24 hr notice is required for all individual cancellations. The spa reserves the right to fully charge the clients for late arrivals or missed appointments.

•  The Spa provides robes, slippers, lockers and towels.

•  We respectfully request all pagers & cell phones to be turned off.

•  The spa is a non-alcoholic and non-smoking environment.

•  We do not have large locker rooms with community showers. This will help you plan us into your get-a-way accordingly.

•  Check-in time is 15 minutes before actual appointments to allow sufficient time to get changed, if necessary, and fill out necessary paper work.

•  For your personal comfort, please refrain from eating at least one hour prior to treatment.

•  Children under 12 years old are not permitted in the spa.

•  Nail Services are offered for natural nails only.

•  Gratuities are not included in the service pricing. They generally range between 15-20% of the service price and can be added to the charge at the end of the service, per client's request.

•  We accept cash, checks (with valid ID), Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Spa Finder and Spa Wish gift certificates.

•  Gift Cards do not expire, are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for gratuities. The Cape May Day Spa & Holistic Center is not responsible for unauthorized use or loss of a Gift Card.

•  There are no refunds on products or gift cards. Products can be exchanged for up to seven days if not opened.
